I went to this place to have a bridge replaced. I told the dentist what I needed and I even had the bridge to show her.

She scheduled me for the next day, so I kept the appointment. That was a big mistake on my part. She worked on me for about an hour and a half. When she was finished, I went to pay.

They told me that they didn't take credit cards or care credit. I pointed to the signs they had hanging showing what cards they took. They said the signs were old and they would only take my debit card. I paid three thousand bucks.

When I went to my car and looked in the mirror, I was shocked. That quack pulled every healthy tooth out of the top of my mouth.

This isn't over by any means. I can't replace my teeth, but they will pay for what they did, and I'm not talking monetary either.

I've been going to the Macedonia, Ohio location and had to go back for another try in for my bottom denture because they were originally made too big to fit in my mouth. Yesterday I went for another try in and the teeth are not straight so I simply asked "why aren't they all even?" In runs Kevin, an old man in scrubs, screaming literally IN MY FACE, lab terms "I made them right i made them with the same impressions'" Is this your procedure for dealing with patients?

I think a hygienist, the actual Doctor or even the receptionist would be a better choice. For a random man to be screaming in my face when I was just there to finish this procedure I started months ago is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. He is lucky my husband or father weren't with me in the waiting room how loud he was yelling at me. That man needs to be retrained or fired completely.

This is definitely not the job for him.

He is lucky I'm not pressing criminal charges against him. I had good things to say about this company before yesterday.

*** yeah its a problem where is my refund you guys at affordable dentures Roanoke VA at crossroads mall suck I had a appointment went in to get my service paid $455.00 in cash that day had to wait four weeks for my partial and when they fitted it in my mouth it was way too small the measurements was completely wrong smh then I ask for my refund get this guys and they tell me I half to wait untill they contact they corporate office to put in for a refund wth I paid cash to them and you should be able to get cash back they said just because I didnt pay with a credit card I cant get cash back corporate will send me a check smh ok its been like two more weeks I still havent got my

Money back yet thats some bs Im warning you guys dont never go there and when you try calling buisness hours they want answer the phone Im contacting my attorney Im gone sue the *** out of them I have all my receipts smh they suck dont know what they are doing they get 0 stars i

I have chipped teeth in my mouth. Sharp pieces; I had work done last week on my mouth. All my teeth were extracted. I'm still sitting here in a great deal of pain.

I still have chipped teeth in my mouth. This process has been a nightmare. No one at Affordable Dentures seems to want to answer the phone now. The day of the process, I asked for my own teeth back for sentimental purposes.

That was not granted. My parents were killed in 2018. I wanted my teeth to go with my parents; that didn't happen. Now I'm still sitting here.

I can't wear the dentures; I'm in a great deal of pain, and there's no help anywhere. This has been a horrible experience.

By the way, let's not even talk about the 15% off that I never received. That's a whole other conversation.
