New ReviewerIn talks, they agreed to refund my purchase price of $1984.00 but that doesn't cover the $1485.00 they quoted me just to have it removed. The total without any compensation for my time, struggle, pain or loss of work is $3469.00. They said they will get back to me within 48 to 72 hours, after that I'm skipping small claims court since they don't allow for pain and suffering and speaking to a personal injury attorney Friday.
Can't say, they didn't do anything except reiterate what I had already said. Yes, confirm, there is a problem the local office refuses to handle.

I was sold on the 'implant in a day' speech. They told me my implant didn't take, it was 'off center' and the 'threads were showing.' They did 2 bone grafts to try to cover the threads, which left a painful bump on the side of my gum/jaw which now (currently) seems to be infected/swollen. It took about a year just to heal from all that. It took me a looooong time to work up the courage to get it done; I'm very afraid of dental work, and I was not happy about having to go through it again, PLUS the removal process. They said they were going to replace it at no cost; I paid in full under that consideration. Now they want $1400.00 just to remove the failed implant, and more $ to put a new one in. They said their office was closing at the end of the month and didn't seem concerned since that was the fact. No one even looked in my mouth; they took an X-ray, but no one addressed the pain and swelling/infection. Just gave me a quote to remove it. I can't believe what a nightmare this has been and I seriously regret not just pulling the tooth and leaving it at that. I have perfect teeth; besides this #30 tooth, I have never had any problems. I take very good care of my teeth and thought this was the right thing to do for my oral health. I had a cavity that I had filled 20 years ago and they didn't get it good enough, so it decayed underneath the filling, became abscessed, and that's how I arrived at this junction. I'm in pain and no one is offering a solution unless I pay again. I went to the Primary Health; they said see a dentist, the dentist says it's a surgeon's job. I just need some antibiotics and pain medication and my money back and this thing removed from my jaw, but no one will even do that because they say go to the people that put it in and they just gave me a bill and said, 'We're closing at the end of the month.' I have yet to write a review or inform my attorney in hopes someone will do the right thing and make me whole.
At this point, I don't really trust them to work on my body at all and am asking for a refund of what I've paid and award costs to remove the implant. I understand not 100% of things go smoothly, but I've been extremely patient and understanding up to this point; but the throbbing jaw of mine is making me think otherwise. This was supposed to fix it (#30), not create a whole new problem.
