Appointment November 11. I told them I felt the teeth were too big and that my mouth felt really crowded.

and they told me that there wasnt any smaller teeth and got very angry at me. I could look at them and see that they were really big and not just the teeth the whole set up. But they know better than me and apparently pleasing me wasnt their main objective. They also told me that it wouldnt feel that way once the wax came off.

They Pressured me into accepting what they were giving me and with the promise that everything will be OK.. When I showed up the next day on the 12th at 3 pm the latest appointment I guess they had cause they close the doors behind me and lock them. The girls now treated me coldly, and none of them will talk to me. They sent in some other nurse that I had never really dealt with before because and she was really nice but she didnt do the things that were supposed to be done to make sure that I left there with a proper fit .

Im pretty sure she was just a trainee. I am recovering from a very traumatizing event. Because of the situation I couldnt think clearly and it really wasnt my job to do so. Any other time Ive had dentures for the first time I did not leave before they made sure that I had an even bite with the ink paper.

Even before dentures if you get a filling, they make sure you have a proper bite. I didnt even get that . At the time I thought everything was OK until I got home and I tried to eat. They pretty much dont care at all and Im feeling very unhappy and scared at this point.

I am documenting everything that happens from this point because I feel like its gonna continue to be me having to go back every week and leaving on satisfied. Im going back on Friday the 17th because I cant eat and theyre hurting me in many places. I also have duck mouth. my lips are in a constant pucker.

I went back on the 17th with a list of what was wrong, and asked What did I want them to do. At this point Im feeling so upset and pressured. After spending so much money she spent about an hour with me which was awesome. But at the end of it when I left, I still couldnt eat.

After sitting with my dentures over a couple days Ive been using my old dentures. Ive come to realize I have slight duck mouth , an uneven bite and just altogether these teeth are terrible. I even have a speech impediment . I go back November 21 and I am going to tell them I dislike duck lips I have a speech impediment, and my top denture does not align with my bottom denture, so no matter what they do to grind down the teeth.

If my teeth do not align with each other, theres a problem. Ive been wearing my old dentures because these dentures are just so terrible and I feel like I have my mouth stuffed and overloaded. I am going to explain all this to them on my next appointment and ask them what theyre going to do about it. They shouldve never of used my old dentures to make my new dentures, knowing that they had done surgery on my gums, I didnt know Im not a dentist, but they shouldve known.

And heres the thing they might offer to make a new denture from my actual gums, but I highly doubt it, and I cant even stand to go to the office with the way they treat me. Im feeling very uncomfortable with them and I really think that we need a refund and I need to go on with my life, and they need to go on with their business, but not with me. I have no trust and their ability to provide me with what I paid for. I will keep the teeth as evidence until I receive my refund.

This is not my first set of dentures. It would be my fourth pair of dentures and I did not have these issues or this feeling of, Im bothering people and wasting their time.

With all the issues my appointment time was 2 oclock I got there at a quarter till they called me in at 1:50 and I was out of there at 2:02.

I still cannot eat with these things, and they can tell me all day long that I should be happy but the fact of the matter is, Im not happy. I dont feel comfortable with these in my mouth. And instead of trying to make it better or helping in anyway Ive been bullied through the whole process.

I am absolutely not walking around with confidence. And everyone keeps telling me that I have to get used to the denture. My old denture was worn down. This isnt my first rodeo or my first par dentures and I dont care how long Ive had them.

Never ever have I been as dissatisfied as I am with these dentures that are in my mouth and with the way I was treated when I expressed concern when you showed me the first wax. But no worries everythings gonna be OK. Until you got my money and I came back the next day to pick them up and everyone treated me like garbage and you never even took the time to make sure they fit properly. I would like a full refund.

I do not want these dentures and you may have them back when you refund my money.

That could be part of the stipulation, but I need that in some type of writing. I will give you one week to respond and then Im gonna file claim against you on my credit card. And Im gonna call everybody that will listen about my experience. I am not satisfied ,I was never satisfied.

I was bullied, and then ignored.. made you feel like I was a complainer from day one. I thought this process was supposed to be all about me and mu self-esteem. Well, I can definitely say with my treatment that you lowered self-esteem.

I dont even want to go to your office to get my teeth supposedly fixed. Which never happened each and every week I had to go back and theyre still not fixed and Im not coming back again. I would rather have no teeth at all, than to have to deal with the girls in your office and their complete incompetence.

a couple of years ago went to affordable dentures in danville va to have 4 on one impants and teeth removed , they looked great and thought they did a good job, they even maintained them for cleaning , they take them out and clean and put them back in ,then the office in danville va closed , so i thought i was getting an infection.in my gums, now danville office was closed , so i called Bedfordhowed va affordable dentures to help, they could not help because they dont do implants 4 on one, so i called Christiansburg va affordable dentures and made appointment , he also does not fix those kind of implants ,and i did have an infection on my gums, he referral me to a dentist in roanoke that can help with 4 on one implants , i made the appointment , and he took xrays of my upper implants , to my surprise and the dentist , the xrays showed a screw missing for the implant and that the dentures was cracked, i called affordable dentures in NC head quarts , they said they would fix it and give me a new pair ,so the danville va office reopened with a new dentist , they took out my upper implants and sent them to a lab , they came back a couple of weeks later, now a another new dentist was there, and he would not put them in, so i found a dentist in roanoke that would put in my new implants , well to my surprise and the dentist , when he took out my old implants he found why the screw was missing , they never line up with that implant, he tried putting in the new dentures , and they are not the same size and the holes dont match up at all so the new dentures are useless and cant be use , i called headquarters nc and sent info from my dentist in roanoke va to them , they called back and said they would help me again to get it fixed , and now they wont call me back or help me , and my dentist in roanoke said it would cost to fix there mess over 7800 dollars , i payed 20000.00 for this i just want to cry

Brought my girlfriend in for her procedure. She paid for most of the procedure off of her CareCredit, they were telling me they did not accept checks.

For my portion of her payment, which was 1500. When I went up to the register. To get the doctors note. There was a sign that said check accepted in most cases with ID.

I was stereotyped, and judged based on my appearance for the cold weather. And the woman told me its a corporate deal. Thats BS. I had plenty of money in my account.

I wanted to write Note in the memo portion of the check.

Thank you for judging me, and setting me out to be a person that would not do good business. Im getting older and I know a lot of people who are approaching this procedure.

Hi my name is Amber Jones I'm writing this because Im very unsatisfied with affordable dentures in cape Girardeau no they staff there not the dentist but the staff are very rude made my experience very unpleasant was told everything would be done in one day and paid it all up front out of my pocket to be told to come back next week only did impressions as well not give n me much of a choice for the white color I wanted so now I've paid for them I feel there not going to be what I expected and wanted. And have n to go back to someone being rude to you.

NeverSpringfield, Illinois store closed leaving my husband and I hanging with 2 implants and 2 partials needed and already paid for. In the months before closing it should be noted that we saw 6-8 different dentists each quitting with little to no notice.

I have contacted a Brandon Dunn in North Carolina. He has told me that it could take over 2 weeks to determine if they are refunding our money or doing the work. At this point wed rather have the money and use a trustworthy dentist to finish our dental work. Any help from other past patients on resolving matters with this company would be appreciated.

I might add that when I did get hold of the office that was taking over their patients in Forsyth, Il. the woman, Ashley who to my knowledge has some sort of management position told me to look online and get their number. She was extremely rude and when trying to call back, she has quit taking my calls. I found out the manager from Springfield is in fact using the store for transfers and such.

We have waited for almost 7 months for them to push a button to transfer our files. Yet, we wait and are treated rudely.YES, 7 MONTHS. LOOKS LIKE ANOTHER law suit is coming if thingare not taken care of in a very timely manner from the time I posted this. Never use Affordable Dentures and Implants.

(If they rectify the problem I will keep you posted. It looks grim at this moment.)

Had partial the day I left I called saying sever pain left message and called multiple times left messages my mom did. Finally corporate I got a hold of and they couldn't get a hold of them so they gave me the direct number and spoke to office was hung up on 2 times and refused answer after that so now 2 and half weeks or 3 weeks later go I.

Person make a appointment. The Doctor was isns only rude and mean my mother had walk out so she did say somtbing and and the Dr Jones wouldn't even let me say the problem without getting amd at me and saying stuff and then yelled at my mother who tried to repeat my issues and until the guy who shapes dentures came she wouldn't calm down. He didn't even get the issue all I wanted was the appointment and hang up calls fixed but they were mean fromthe get go yelling at me. Giving me ultimatum to either give partial back and get all my money returned or they fix em.

To me and mom she was mad before the appointment due to corporate knowing and saying somthing but we don't know yalls systems. Never been spoken to that badly in my life let alone by a doctor. I've had 30 surgeries and I'm only 26 so I've had hair share doctors and issues and never have I have been spoken to this way.

Over me just wanting whoever hung up and refused to call back on voicemauls. They said we never left a si gle message or called but I can show it with my call recorder or verizon account that I havehaveonly for chepa teeth removalon

I have been notified by Brandon Dunn. My phone says hes in North Carolina.

He has a rather unusual slow gait to his speech. As if Id just awakened him. Anyway, there is absolutely nothing in his speech that makes you think he just doesnt care. Although, he told me rudely the day after my complaint when I call only to see how long I could expect for my husband and I to wait for the dental work to be completed or that we would accept a refund.

It has been 7 months of nothingness!! No phone calls other than Ashley who tells me shes the manager of the store our files were to have been transferred to in Forsyth, Illinois. By the way, I called her last week and knowing they use Caller ID she is no longer taking my calls. She referred me to the original manager in Sprongfield who is also not taking my calls.

I am at my end here. Like I said, its been 7 months of waiting, 6-8 different dentists. (M One dentist argued with his tech the entire time he worked on me.). Very unprofessional!!

There will be a law suit if this is not taken care of soon. Its beyond the money. This monkey business needs to stopped.

I went to the Jackson Tn location to discuss getting dental implants. The office manager Audrey took charge of my case after I had been overlooked twice by the office staff.

I thought finally I would have a good experience, I was wrong at ever encounter. Paid over $3000 before any work was done.

The day I had my teeth pulled the dentist fractured a tooth and the forceps gouged me in the roof of my mouth. He placed in 3 bone grafts and stitched my gums and said I could not wear teeth for 2-3 weeks.

The next time I went in for my wax fitting I was told it wasnt ready. Then I returned again, my wax set was way to big.

I asked Audrey about it she said well put a soft liner in. I had no idea what that even was. She then had me initial that I liked everything about my denture even though it was way to big.

I went home again without any teeth. Finally, I did get my teeth they fit horribly.

They even cause my bottom teeth, which are real, to hurt. I feel as though my real teeth were being moved to accommodate my upper plate. When I mentioned it to the technician she said wear them a couple weeks and come back for your soft liner.

I have had my soft liner for 4 weeks and I still cant eat very much with my plate. The left side of my mouth still hurts where he pulled some teeth and placed those grafts.

The gums on the plates right side is way larger than on the left and when I smile it shows really bad. I am now waiting for a different soft liner and then they are going to add the acrylic to the plate.

I thought when you got a denture from this facility you got 2 one to wear immediately and one when your gums had shrunk.

I have been informed I will not be getting a new plate, even if I go through with the implants this is the plate Im stuck with. It cost me almost $1700 for 1 plate and Im definitely not happy with it.

I have been going to Affordable dentures in Fairview Heights, Illinois since July 2022. I had already had a top denture plate made 20 years prior which was made of ceramic and was starting to get holes worn on denture.

since my bottom had only 6 teeth left and were in bad shape I decided to get a new full set dentures. I chose to go to this facility due to my daughter in-law had went there and had no issues. Starting the process was good but then it turned ugly. The dentist was very nice.

He pulled the remaining teeth on the bottom after impressions were made and I returned later that day and picked up my Temporary Teeth. This is when it all went down from there. Every time I called to get my Temporary adjusted no one would answer the phone leave a message you might get a call back in a day or 2 maybe not. It took me a whole year before I received my dentures August 2023 I wore them for a couple days was unable to eat with them even with denture adhesive so I went back I was told the reason for my issue was when the bottom plate was made 2 of the back molars were missing and that they would make a new set.

I went through the whole process again making impressions and going back and forth. My Temporary top plate during this time broke into 2 pieces I drove to the office asked if they could be fixed before I went on vacation in 2 days I was told that they couldn't get me in that day so I went on my vacation with no teeth at all. I sent a message to customer service about my dissatisfaction, I received a phone call from a woman named Virginia. I also asked her to follow-up with me over the issue but she never called back even after I left numerous messages.

I received my 2nd set of dentures in December to no avail 2 days later while eating a piece of bacon a tooth fell out of my upper denture. I started calling but kept getting answering service to leave a message. I left work drove to the office on Tuesday 19th of December handed my teeth to the receptionist and told her what had happened. She said they would repair them and I could pick them up the next day I explained to her that the next 2 days was my long days at work and would not be able to pick them up till Thursday evening or Friday afternoon depending on my job.

Friday afternoon I went to the Affordable denture office to find it closed till 1/04/2024. Not one time was it mention that they were going to be closed for 2 weeks for the holidays. I had to use the temporaries that don't fit no more due to mouth shrinking and was unable to eat what I would of liked with them. I am to the point of filing with the BBB and going to the court house to file suit for my money back.

Still waiting for files to transfer from Springfield , Illinois to Forsyth, Illinois. Its been nearly 7 months now.

A man named Brandon Dunn is supposedly looking into it but no return call yet. This place is a rip off. We went through 6-8 dentists. The office changing to limited hours.

And no file to be found. Run dont walk from this chain of stores that steal, do shoddy work and do not stand behind their products. We are waiting on 2 implants, a partial for my husband. My 2 partials fit wrong.

Need new ones and I am without a tooth awaiting an implant. Again run. Dont walk. I reported this to Brandon Dunn.

He stated I could hear back in 1-2 days or at least 2weeks or maybe more. Give me back the money we are owed and we will walk quietly away.

Well I been in pain since my last set of teeth being super super big I go in they said it would be $1200 new set I paid it just to get my big teeth remade left there big big teeth thats literally same set i had in the beginning that hurt they said nothing they can do after they took my money I need teeth that fit that dont make my gums strink cause they slip around my mouth so bad I wouldnt never give this place another dallor hard to get a appointment when I did get a appointment it was just a over a year I couldnt even get nothing done after a whole day I took off work to drive a hour one way just to get told they cant help me until dr wolf is in wow really couldnt do nothing cause he knows he messed up my teeth and destroying me more right this place needs to be shut down I will be calling and taking care of this legal way

I had a denture (lower) made up. the denture was made too big dosen't fit and the people at the office were rude and persistant that they were made right.

they also insisted im stuck with them cause i was pressured to sign completion form before they fitted me.I demand my money back or i am contacting all agencies involved .

I now went to another dentist who said I need a new denture as it was too big for my mouth .It will cost 2700$ for the new denture.
