I paid for the premium line because it...

TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Original review May 07, 2026
I paid for the premium line because it gave a 5yr warranty. Went to have repairs done today and the teeth no longer fit my mouth nor would they lock in.

I was told I will need to pay $1000 for them to get them to fit. When my wife and I told them we are still under warranty and there should be no charge. They told us to "get out or they will call the police. " when the police came they suggested we call an attorney because he had them locked in when he came so it's unreasonable for them not to fix them and they shouldn't have called them.

I have contacted and waiting for a response from corporate and an attorney. If you don't want a lawsuit someone needs to contact us immediately

Affordable Dentures And Implants - Covert atop scaming people out of thr6 money tell the...

I bought some dentures from them. They made them look really good, said they were the best and stuff, and durable.

Not only that, but I want my money back real quick. It took almost 2 months to arrive, and when I tried to call them, at first the site played dumb like I didn't know what I was talking about. Okay, I am not the one, so I kept emailing them. They didn't answer my emails.

I just kept doing it. I got on shop and went through them, etc.

Cons:
  • Said they come highly recommended and us approved you can take them out and put back in and gums not sore and no glue need safe and durable

Staff is disrespectful to Native Americans, rude and incompetent

AI Highlights
  • - Staff were derisive toward my tribe.
  • - It took 2 months to reach an agreement with Choctaw Nation; 1700+ was paid upfront and dentures were refused.

Staff were derisive and inflexible in dealing with my tribe that was paying 700 dollars toward my dentures. Took them 2 months to reach an agreement with the Choctaw Nation.

Everything was paid up front, over 1700 dollars. When I went for my appointment Stephanie Schnag was quite rude, condescending and incompetent. Said I had real teeth when I don't is one example. Continued rude even after I suggested we both be polite and get the job done.

When I complained the the dentist he refused to make my dentures.

Don't like natives I guess. Stay away from the practice in Pueblo, CO

  • - They billed $1,400 to remove; office closed.
Updated by user Dec 03, 2025

In talks, they agreed to refund my purchase price of $1984.00 but that doesn't cover the $1485.00 they quoted me just to have it removed. The total without any compensation for my time, struggle, pain or loss of work is $3469.00. They said they will get back to me within 48 to 72 hours, after that I'm skipping small claims court since they don't allow for pain and suffering and speaking to a personal injury attorney Friday.

Updated by user Nov 23, 2025

Can't say, they didn't do anything except reiterate what I had already said. Yes, confirm, there is a problem the local office refuses to handle.

I was sold on the 'implant in a day' speech. They told me my implant didn't take, it was 'off center' and the 'threads were showing.' They did 2 bone grafts to try to cover the threads, which left a painful bump on the side of my gum/jaw which now (currently) seems to be infected/swollen. It took about a year just to heal from all that. It took me a looooong time to work up the courage to get it done; I'm very afraid of dental work, and I was not happy about having to go through it again, PLUS the removal process. They said they were going to replace it at no cost; I paid in full under that consideration. Now they want $1400.00 just to remove the failed implant, and more $ to put a new one in. They said their office was closing at the end of the month and didn't seem concerned since that was the fact. No one even looked in my mouth; they took an X-ray, but no one addressed the pain and swelling/infection. Just gave me a quote to remove it. I can't believe what a nightmare this has been and I seriously regret not just pulling the tooth and leaving it at that. I have perfect teeth; besides this #30 tooth, I have never had any problems. I take very good care of my teeth and thought this was the right thing to do for my oral health. I had a cavity that I had filled 20 years ago and they didn't get it good enough, so it decayed underneath the filling, became abscessed, and that's how I arrived at this junction. I'm in pain and no one is offering a solution unless I pay again. I went to the Primary Health; they said see a dentist, the dentist says it's a surgeon's job. I just need some antibiotics and pain medication and my money back and this thing removed from my jaw, but no one will even do that because they say go to the people that put it in and they just gave me a bill and said, 'We're closing at the end of the month.' I have yet to write a review or inform my attorney in hopes someone will do the right thing and make me whole.
At this point, I don't really trust them to work on my body at all and am asking for a refund of what I've paid and award costs to remove the implant. I understand not 100% of things go smoothly, but I've been extremely patient and understanding up to this point; but the throbbing jaw of mine is making me think otherwise. This was supposed to fix it (#30), not create a whole new problem.

I can honestly say even the Dr who came out to see me wasn't very positive in his abilities to create a smile i could look forward to i left by there end of my evaluation of my visit for a new smile without a plan or a price being told tell they could get my info from my insurance tell Monday ! needless to say I still have not gotten any contact from your office as of today !

It’s HIPAA, not HEPA and there was no violation unless she was video recording patient information on the computer.

You may be right about HEPA, but being on a cell phone and the office talking about patients, even asking their names can be a violation of HIPPA.

  • - Paid $840 for upper/lower partials and one extraction; promised immediate fit, but still no teeth or refund as of June 20.
Affordable Dentures And Implants - No partials yet and no refund and I spent $840.!

On May 12th 2025 I went to affordable dentures weeki wachee Florida I paid $840 for upper and lower partials had one tooth extraction. They set an appointment for me for the 22nd 10 days later to come get my partials.

Or so I thought I was misled to begin with because I told the receptionist when I made the appointment that I needed these immediately as I have no teeth I had to wait for three to fall out because I couldn't have enough money with my even with my insurance to cover $250 a tooth or $275 per extraction for three teeth. I was told to come in the next morning I'll be fixed right on up I told everyone in that doctor's office that I needed these right away as my esophagus is as big around as my little pinky finger and since I can't shoot I wouldn't be able to eat anything solid until I had some teeth but today is June 20th well over a month later and I still have no teeth and I still have not received my $840 refund. I was threatened twice that they were going to call the police on me while I was in the store initially because I was just trying to find out what address is going to send my money to and I was told several times being yelled at calling 911 calling 911 I left after the receptionist mouth to me that there's going to mail the check.

3 weeks later I call the weeki wachee store and ask him when's my check going to come I was advised it was in the mail that was a lie that was 2 weeks ago I was just told this morning that FedEx had my package and please give them two weeks to get it I am highly upset I was lied to and when I called about my check and was told my check was in the mail I said that was unacceptable I'm going to sue the *** out of you people woman got on the phone and told me I don't have to call the police on you you said you're going to shoot her I said what I said no I said I'm going to sue her Sue her not shoot her you need to get some people in there who can understand the English language a little bit better as you can tell the English is not her first language. I still do not have my money I've not been able to eat anything solid for 2 months please don't go to these people do not go to these people!

We both blew it. We should have let them call the police.

I bet that when the police heard out stories, they would have been the ones in trouble. I have a feeling that their dentists aren't certified.

Do all of your research first because they won't tell you about the fine print

Original review Jun 30, 2025

Let me stress that this is the 7th time in less than 5 years that I've had issues with my top denture plate, from individual teeth falling out (3 times) to the entire top denture breaking completely in half (twice), and now another tooth has fallen out. And every time I go to get it fixed, it costs me at least $100 for a repair, but they won't replace them because they want my insurance to pay, but I haven't had them long enough for the insurance to pay for a new set.

User's recommendation: Not sure I'm scared to go back there

Stay far away from that butcher shop. A friend of mine went to one in the New Orleans area.

While working on her the dentist dropped an instrument and it broke.

They charged her f or the breakage of the instrument. I haven't talked to her in a couple of months but I need to call and reach out to her.

I'm ruined for life

  • - They pulled healthy teeth and reinserted a bridge.
  • - They charged $3,000 and I paid cash after they claimed they didn't take cards.

This place pulled perfectly good teeth out of the top of my mouth. I simply went there to have a bridge reinserted.

They charged me three thousand bucks for permanently destroying my mouth. I had to pay cash because they lied and said that they didn't accept credit cards. I met a woman yesterday who went to this butcher shop and they pulled the wrong teeth. They got my money and now it's my turn.

I'm going to the Louisiana state board of dentistry to present my case and to demand that this place be shut down. I will gladly show x-rays from my dentist before I went to that place. Also, what kind of dentist pulls healthy teeth out of a person's mouth for no apparent reason? The whole office staff was aware of what was done to me and I have proof to prove it.

Screw me up and I will shut you down. BTW, no attorney's will be involved for you to buy them off like you did to the one's I hired. I'll always let the public know that your specialization is ignorance and incompetentence.

I might stand in front of your place holding a big sign. The local tv stations would love to jump in on a news story about a dental establishment pulling good teeth out for no reason.

User's recommendation: Don't go to this butcher shop that is pretending to be a dental office.

Apparently it is working. I got your attention.

You must work for Affordable Butcher Shop. Let me ask you a question and I want an honest reply. How would you feel if you went to a dentist and you went in with a mouth of perfectly healthy top teeth that are white and had no cavities and were in excellent condition. You walk out with all of your top teeth extracted for no reason at all.

The butcher ruined my life. I can no longer enjoy some of my favorite foods because the dentures may slip. I hired six different attorneys who would drop me after a couple of days.

Affordable would buy them off. *** yeah I'm mad and I post because I don't want another person to go through what I'm going through.

AI Highlights
  • - I expected clean staff.
  • - Staff were poorly trained.
  • - The environment was cluttered and unsanitary.
  • - Dentures were low quality and did not fit.

With a name like affordable dentures, I did not expect fancy decor or a fake plastic smile and plastic flowers on the receptionists desk. did not expect monogramed uniforms and a signed thank you card.

I did expect clean and proficient staff. What I found was a poorly trained staff. a cluttered and seemingly unsanitary environment. I did expect a low quality denture but one that at least fit.

I did get the low quality. but, I did not get a good fit, and I did not get good follow up on correcting the issues.

  • - I had a bridge replacement after showing the dentist.

I went to this place to have a bridge replaced. I told the dentist what I needed and I even had the bridge to show her.

She scheduled me for the next day, so I kept the appointment. That was a big mistake on my part. She worked on me for about an hour and a half. When she was finished, I went to pay.

They told me that they didn't take credit cards or care credit. I pointed to the signs they had hanging showing what cards they took. They said the signs were old and they would only take my debit card. I paid three thousand bucks.

When I went to my car and looked in the mirror, I was shocked. That quack pulled every healthy tooth out of the top of my mouth.
