Improper fitting new denture
Received new denture in February, They had to do a soft realign to see if they could get the denture to fit. Was unhappy with it after the realign.
They also realigned my old denture and it also now doesnt fit. The new denture moves to the right and my mouth doesnt close, teeth hit.
After buffing teeth, I need to use quite a bit of adhesive, by mid afternoon I need to push the denture to the left so that I can talk or chew.
They offered my co-pay back which would leave me with no warranty and insurance will not pay for a new denture for 3 years. There tech doesnt feel she has the skills to make a new denture that would fit.

High turnover in staff... very unprofessional.
Always a new DA that has no knowledge of what going on with the patient.
I stated to the da that she could have apologized for the inconvenience...She stated that she didn't feel like dealing with me...I stated to her to keep her professionalism cause there were other patients in the room...the young lady stated she would not worked with me and didn't...Last week she stated that I would get my bottom dentures and I did not after driving an hour and 45 minutes...had to wait over an hour...and she accepted a patient that was over 45 mins late for her appointment. But because I asked for an apology...I was denied service that I've paid over $2400 for.

Still waiting for files to transfer from Springfield , Illinois to Forsyth, Illinois. Its been nearly 7 months now.
A man named Brandon Dunn is supposedly looking into it but no return call yet. This place is a rip off. We went through 6-8 dentists. The office changing to limited hours.
And no file to be found. Run dont walk from this chain of stores that steal, do shoddy work and do not stand behind their products. We are waiting on 2 implants, a partial for my husband. My 2 partials fit wrong.
Need new ones and I am without a tooth awaiting an implant. Again run. Dont walk. I reported this to Brandon Dunn.
He stated I could hear back in 1-2 days or at least 2weeks or maybe more. Give me back the money we are owed and we will walk quietly away.

I am waiting to hear from a woman, V.. who has offered me a return right away, financially if I return all of our partial plates.
B, the Store Manager in Springfield, Il. refuses to answer the phone or return my calls. I have been nothing but completely polite regarding this matter when conversing with people, trying to get hold of someone, anyone.
After 7 months of calling I did receive a return call from V. She asked me what was left to be done.
2 3partials, 2 implants need finishing,Springfield is saying I have my post for my 1 implant. Husbands had his post only for all these months. Thank God for Flippers. It was a very short time later that she contacted me.
The manager of Springfield, B was saying otherwise. I have 2 cadaver bones where my tooth used to be.no post or tooth. Just the gums and bones. It is my hope that after telling them initially that I would accept their offer we revisit the implant issues.
Then we will be satisfied. We wont seek legal counsel and well go on our merry way. Lesson learned that cheap means cheap. Whether it be the product or the people, never use this company.
I should have read the reviews. In fact , when you call this number there is a prompt for Refunds.
Never heard of such a thing. I await their phone call..AGAIN!

I went to the Jackson Tn location to discuss getting dental implants. The office manager Audrey took charge of my case after I had been overlooked twice by the office staff.
I thought finally I would have a good experience, I was wrong at ever encounter. Paid over $3000 before any work was done.
The day I had my teeth pulled the dentist fractured a tooth and the forceps gouged me in the roof of my mouth. He placed in 3 bone grafts and stitched my gums and said I could not wear teeth for 2-3 weeks.
The next time I went in for my wax fitting I was told it wasnt ready. Then I returned again, my wax set was way to big.
I asked Audrey about it she said well put a soft liner in. I had no idea what that even was. She then had me initial that I liked everything about my denture even though it was way to big.
I went home again without any teeth. Finally, I did get my teeth they fit horribly.
They even cause my bottom teeth, which are real, to hurt. I feel as though my real teeth were being moved to accommodate my upper plate. When I mentioned it to the technician she said wear them a couple weeks and come back for your soft liner.
I have had my soft liner for 4 weeks and I still cant eat very much with my plate. The left side of my mouth still hurts where he pulled some teeth and placed those grafts.
The gums on the plates right side is way larger than on the left and when I smile it shows really bad. I am now waiting for a different soft liner and then they are going to add the acrylic to the plate.
I thought when you got a denture from this facility you got 2 one to wear immediately and one when your gums had shrunk.
I have been informed I will not be getting a new plate, even if I go through with the implants this is the plate Im stuck with. It cost me almost $1700 for 1 plate and Im definitely not happy with it.

User's recommendation: Go somewhere else, don’t stand for substandard cheap dentures. They are not cheaper if you wind up having to go somewhere else and get new ones.

Quality of service. Cost, for what you get, $9000. New dental assistant does not seem to be very experinced.

I have been going to Affordable dentures in Fairview Heights, Illinois since July 2022. I had already had a top denture plate made 20 years prior which was made of ceramic and was starting to get holes worn on denture.
since my bottom had only 6 teeth left and were in bad shape I decided to get a new full set dentures. I chose to go to this facility due to my daughter in-law had went there and had no issues. Starting the process was good but then it turned ugly. The dentist was very nice.
He pulled the remaining teeth on the bottom after impressions were made and I returned later that day and picked up my Temporary Teeth. This is when it all went down from there. Every time I called to get my Temporary adjusted no one would answer the phone leave a message you might get a call back in a day or 2 maybe not. It took me a whole year before I received my dentures August 2023 I wore them for a couple days was unable to eat with them even with denture adhesive so I went back I was told the reason for my issue was when the bottom plate was made 2 of the back molars were missing and that they would make a new set.
I went through the whole process again making impressions and going back and forth. My Temporary top plate during this time broke into 2 pieces I drove to the office asked if they could be fixed before I went on vacation in 2 days I was told that they couldn't get me in that day so I went on my vacation with no teeth at all. I sent a message to customer service about my dissatisfaction, I received a phone call from a woman named Virginia. I also asked her to follow-up with me over the issue but she never called back even after I left numerous messages.
I received my 2nd set of dentures in December to no avail 2 days later while eating a piece of bacon a tooth fell out of my upper denture. I started calling but kept getting answering service to leave a message. I left work drove to the office on Tuesday 19th of December handed my teeth to the receptionist and told her what had happened. She said they would repair them and I could pick them up the next day I explained to her that the next 2 days was my long days at work and would not be able to pick them up till Thursday evening or Friday afternoon depending on my job.
Friday afternoon I went to the Affordable denture office to find it closed till 1/04/2024. Not one time was it mention that they were going to be closed for 2 weeks for the holidays. I had to use the temporaries that don't fit no more due to mouth shrinking and was unable to eat what I would of liked with them. I am to the point of filing with the BBB and going to the court house to file suit for my money back.

Dr wolf Wilmington nc is a joke
Well I been in pain since my last set of teeth being super super big I go in they said it would be $1200 new set I paid it just to get my big teeth remade left there big big teeth thats literally same set i had in the beginning that hurt they said nothing they can do after they took my money I need teeth that fit that dont make my gums strink cause they slip around my mouth so bad I wouldnt never give this place another dallor hard to get a appointment when I did get a appointment it was just a over a year I couldnt even get nothing done after a whole day I took off work to drive a hour one way just to get told they cant help me until dr wolf is in wow really couldnt do nothing cause he knows he messed up my teeth and destroying me more right this place needs to be shut down I will be calling and taking care of this legal way

There teeth don't fit my mouth and they don't listen to there customers.
I had my teeth extracted, the teeth they made are to long in front top and bottom., I've been back there at least once a week for 5 weeks they can't understand what I've been telling them .not all people have long horse teeth that don't fit the size of their mouth.Whos in charge at Elizabethtown, KY. Office.
I have yet to be able to eat with dentures .They are so big in the front I can't even eat with them. Yours truly just gumming it.!!!

Not satisfied with my dentures
I purchased a set of dentures on9/29/2023 recieved them on10/03/23 had an adjustment on 10/06/23 on 10/11/23 a tooth fell out went to get it repaired 11/21/23 had another tooth fall out repaired 12/04/23 another tooth fall out asked for new set or refund was told I could not get a refund or another set made

I had a denture (lower) made up. the denture was made too big dosen't fit and the people at the office were rude and persistant that they were made right.
they also insisted im stuck with them cause i was pressured to sign completion form before they fitted me.I demand my money back or i am contacting all agencies involved .
I now went to another dentist who said I need a new denture as it was too big for my mouth .It will cost 2700$ for the new denture.
I would appreciate some kind of resolve as i spent $2000 with Affordable Dentures.

Shouldn’t get a appointment
So I got a new set paid cash for them all they did was remake the old set that was super big all I had money wise was $1200 I paid it just to get my old teeth remade for what to take my money cause of them not caring about there customers my gums is stinking now who is going to pay for the bone graft sure not this crap place but I been calling to get a new appointment I wasted a whole day off work cause I have to drive a hour just to be told all the times I called never could get in for a relinement or wow about time I did get in its been a year all these places need to be shut down but I finally get back up there to be told I couldnt even pay for relinement I can only be there when the dr is there so a whole day I missed of work Wilmington Carolina beach rd I promise you wont be the last time you hear from me its sad all the pain and heartache you cause to the people that put there trust in this place sad take advantage of the people that dont have money and already self conscious to make them feel worse about there self !!!
